We are a harm reduction organization grounded in humanity and fueled by love. Our work isn’t about fixing people, it’s about standing beside them, walking with them, making sure they have what they need to stay alive, stay safe, and feel seen.

We educate and train, we colloborate and help build harm reductionist internationally. We educate on naloxone, clean supplies, food, warmth, truth and real understanding. But more than anything, we bring presence & people who care.

At Reduce Harm Inc, we don’t wait for perfect circumstances. We act in real time, with real solutions, for real people. We take harm reduction from principle to practice, not just reducing harm, but offering hope. Because this isn’t just about survival, it’s about reminding people that their life has value, that they are not forgotten and that someone still sees them, still believes in them, and still shows up.
