- Wooden pusher – used to compact the chore, clean the pipe, and ensure full use of the substance in the stem
- Paper clip – to hold the chore while burning to prepare for use in stem
- Chore boy – used as a filter for people who smoke substances with a pipe
- Mouthpiece – used to protect your mouth from burns and oral exposures
- Condoms – used for safer sex and to reduce sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
- Triple antibiotic ointment – to prevent infection and first aid for sores. Do not use it on burns.
- Candy – used to avoid dry mouth and helps produce saliva
- BZK – antiseptic wipes used to help promote healing
- Sterile alcohol pad – used to clean the mouthpiece, especially when sharing
- Bandaids – for cuts and burns
